We have a passion for renewable energy projects in all its different phases. We are active investors and developers of projects in their early stages where a critical eye to quality, a flexible allocation of resources, and a good balance between higher risk retention and success ratio is required.
We are bringing value by advancing projects from green and brownfield to operational, at the same time de-risking and strengthening the financial structure.
We have successfully closed transactions with some of the world’s preeminent energy investors, both strategic and financial. We have participated with early stage developers to present projects in public tenders and structured M&A transactions for operational assets.
Presently our favored markets are Argentina, Uruguay and Brazil. However we are also working on other markets with project potentials in excess of 10 GW, like Vietnam and Colombia. We are result oriented all through the renewable vertical value chain.
