Project Description
Ficus Capital has been active from early stage investments to the financial structuring of real estate projects. Our focus in this area is mostly related to the development of residential and commercial properties, but also includes the hospitality sector and distressed assets. Our preferred projects include sustainability and special characteristics, we are not specifically interested in main street ideas and developments. As we consider we have a lot to contribute in terms of structuring, contacts and assistance in the execution, we typically seek an active role in real estate projects.
